Training schedule

UPDATE: We're currently taking a break from training sessions over the winter season.  We’ll start up our training sessions again as soon as we can, once it starts warming up, likely by sometime towards the end of February / beginning of March.

Our club gets together for two to three training sessions per week in the spring, summer, and fall seasons.  You're welcome to join training sessions as your schedule allows.  For training sessions at Memorial Park (Lenola Rd & Forklanding Rd, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077), we will meet at the field next to the batting cages.

More info about signing up for each training session will be provided through the weekly emails to our running club members.

Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season.

Each training session consists of the following:

  • Warm-up - light jogging, stretching
  • Drills - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core
  • Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; boys and girls will be placed into appropriate groups based on their age and ability.
  • Cool-down - stretching
