Training schedule

Following is the schedule for our training sessions for this week.

No training session planned for Monday, December 2nd
Wednesday, December 4th from 5:45 - 6:30pm at Memorial Park
Friday, December 6th from 5:30 - 6:15pm at Memorial Park (NOTE: START TIME UPDATED TO 5:30PM) - RESCHEDULED TO SATURDAY, 12/7
Saturday, December 7th from 3:00 - 4:00pm at Memorial Park Cinnaminson High School track (NOTE: LOCATION UPDATE)

Any changes to the training schedule will be communicated, as needed, on a weekly basis.  Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season.

Each training session consists of the following:

  • Warm-up - light jogging, stretching
  • Drills - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core
  • Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; boys and girls will be placed into appropriate groups based on their age and ability.
  • Cool-down - stretching
