Training schedule

Following are our training sessions for next week.

Monday, July 6th from 7:00 - 8:00pm at Memorial Park
Thursday, July 9th from 7:00 - 8:00pm at Memorial Park

To keep everyone safe and comply with social distancing and health guidelines, we will be putting a max on the number of participants at each training session.  More info about signing up for each training session will be provided through the weekly emails to our running club members.

Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season.

Each training session consists of the following:

  • Warm-up - light jogging, stretching
  • Drills - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core
  • Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; boys and girls will be placed into appropriate groups based on their age and ability.
  • Cool-down - stretching
