Training schedule

Following is the schedule for our training sessions for October.

Monday, October 14th from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Memorial Park
Wednesday, October 16th from 5:30 - 6:30pm at the Cinnaminson High School track [CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER]
Friday, October 18th from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Memorial Park the Cinnaminson High School track [MOVED TO THE TRACK]
Monday, October 21st from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Memorial Park
Wednesday, October 23rd from 5:30 - 6:30pm at the Cinnaminson High School track
No training session scheduled for Friday, October 25th
Monday, October 28th from 5:15 - 6:15pm at Memorial Park
Wednesday, October 30th from 5:15 - 6:15pm at the Cinnaminson High School track
Friday, November 1st from 5:15 - 6:15pm at Memorial Park

Any changes to the training schedule will be communicated, as needed, on a weekly basis.  Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season.

Each training session consists of the following:

  • Warm-up - light jogging, stretching
  • Drills - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core
  • Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; boys and girls will be placed into appropriate groups based on their age and ability.
  • Cool-down - stretching
