Following are the training sessions for our regular training program this week:

Following are the training sessions for our cross country training program this week:

Monday, 11/23 from 6:00 - 7:00pm at Memorial Park (Monday Run-day - meet on the field near the playground)

More info about signing up for each training session will be provided through the weekly emails to our running club members.

Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season.

Each training session consists of the following:

  • Warm-up - light jogging, stretching
  • Drills - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core
  • Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; boys and girls will be placed into appropriate groups based on their age and ability.
  • Cool-down - stretching
