Training schedule

As a safety precaution for everyone’s health and well-being, we will not be having any training sessions until further notice. Stay safe everyone!

Our club meets year-round, with short breaks during the year and a longer break over the winter season.

Each training session consists of the following:

  • Warm-up - light jogging, stretching
  • Drills - varies by session, focusing on form, speed, strength, and core
  • Running segment - varies by session, focusing on distance and speed; boys and girls will be placed into appropriate groups based on their age and ability.
  • Cool-down - stretching
